New technologies have become a fundamental part of digital natives as they were born surrounded by technology, them dedicated to using social pages and all the tools that technology offers. During the most part of their life, they have become addicted to technology, but, digital immigrants could not allow us that digital fever to give a change to the new educational trends

They are good and committed to the assigned tasks According to these features, Raines, defines six requirements that every leader or boss should keep in mind for the employee of the millennium. These requirements are: Leadership: Millennials look for models to serve as a reference, though; they already come with some models established since the formation of their parents. They want to participate and manage projects to allow them satisfy their needs. Challenges: Millennials want to learn from all those who generates expectations and to leads them feeling challenged, so it is necessary that the different work carried receive opportunity to demonstrate their potential Collaboration: Millennials want to work with people to do collaborative work, people respectful of differences and good relationship, as it is evident in our job, that, collaborative work allows develop better learning environments. Fun: Millennials are cheerful, fun people, who likes a pleasant working environment, where a bit of irreverence and laughter fasten the good ties of friendship, also enjoying what they do. Respect: they must be treated with respect and receive equal treatment than other people older or more senior. Flexibility: it must be a schedule fair and flexible work for any eventuality that may arise such as when there is the possibility to do qualifications studies to be better prepared or when a difficulty at home and the employee is sure that this situation will not affect your labor welfare Raines, argues that if a leader or boss does not want to lose a good worker, he / she must implement these requirements because otherwise he / she could lose him

It is clear that the demand to labor in education is extensive, but is more noticeable lack of motivation of new teachers.
